The human face is one of the most privileged areas with respect to our appearance, as unlike much of our bodies, the face conveys our beauty and emotions. There are many aspects of our facial appearance that can be altered, either to enhance natural beauty or restore youthfulness. The face needs to be assessed as both individual components and as a whole, as there is an interplay with our eyes, nose, cheeks, skin quality, neck, ears, even our hair!
