Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion is considered the “gold standard” in perioral rejuvenation for lines around the mouth. Different from micro-dermabrasion (which is an exfoliant), actual dermabrasion resurfaces the skin to the cheeks, chin and mouth resulting in an improvement in fine lines. Dermabrasion is most commonly performed during facelift surgery but can also be performed as a standalone procedure.
