I highly recommend Dr. McInnes!

Dr. McInnes is a very thorough, meticulous and skilled plastic surgeon. He did an amazing job on my surgery and I absolutely love my results. He and his MOA Krystal were both very personable answered all my questions and made the whole process from beginning to end easy and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. McInnes!

I am beyond happy with the results

I randomly found Dr Mcinnes while searching for doctors in Vancouver. I contacted alot of doctors before him both in Canada and outside and im telling you that he is by far one of the best doctors you will find. Right from the initial consultation to getting my abdominoplasty and then post surgical appointments, he was on top of everything. Extremely considerate, punctual, never in a rush to answer your questions. I really wish all doctors were like him. I have to mention his staff too. Krystal and Riley are literally on top of things and will almost always answer calls and emails as soon as they can. This is the kind of doctor you want. You dont want a doctor that takes your money, does the surgery and then goes missing when theres a problem. Talking about the results of my abdominoplasty- I am beyond happy with the results and will recommend him without any hesitation at all. Thank you Dr McInnes for doing my surgery.

I would absolutely recommend his practice

I was operated upon by Dr McInnes in June of 2021 to fix the poor aesthetic results of a surgery that had been performed several years prior by another doctor. The initial process was very easy - the doctor was empathetic regarding my situation and very upfront about what I could expect, which I appreciated. Throughout, Dr McInnes and his staff were kind, open, and amenable. The results of his work are actually better than I was expecting - the procedure left no obvious scarring in addition to that which was already present, and aesthetically the problem areas are monumentally improved. As a whole, I would absolutely recommend his practice if one was experiencing a similar issue.

He met my expectations

I was referred to Dr. McInnes by my GP for the removal of a small but recurring basil cell carcinoma on the bridge of my nose very close to the corner of my right eye. He was able to remove it and the tissue around it without compromising my eye and I'm very pleased with the result. I have a small scar but very acceptable to the alternative of my eye being affected. He met my expectations and I'm good.

I am 56 years old and had quite a "souvenir" after the birth of my 3 children.. The extra weight, skin and fat at my abdominal area caused physical problems and affected my life every day. After many years of, dreaming and wishing it would go away (despite diet and exercise), I decided it was time to make a change. I had cosmetic tummy tuck surgery with Dr. McInnes this past January. To put it simply, I am completely blown away by the transformation that Dr. McInnes made. He had a vision of how he could help me, and now I see it every time I look in the mirror. Interestingly, a spontaneous confirmation of the skill and reputation of Dr. McInnes was when I stopped in, after my surgery, to say hello to some co-workers from when I worked at the hospital. One of the pathologists I used to work for asked who had performed my surgery. "He is excellent!" was the pathologist's response. I cannot agree more!

I have done breast augmentation and tummy tuck with Dr. McInness on the same day. The results are amazing!! I am super happy with my surgery experience with Dr. McInnes. I was always worried about how incisions and the belly button look after a tummy tuck. I am so thankful that my belly button looks supernatural, and the incisions and sutures look so nice. Cannot say enough positive things about Dr. McInnes and this is why my review has taken some time to come; I have been reflecting and cannot find adequate words to convey my gratitude and praise for Dr. McInnes' skill and nature. I was referred to Dr. M by my family doctor and from my initial consult felt comfortable and without doubt of his skills. In February of 2020, Dr. McInnes performed a panniculectomy with abdominoplasty for me that was life changing so much so my family doctor was impressed and pleased with the results! In November of the same year Dr. McInnes performed a neck and lower face lift for me also with incredible results! For both procedures I felt educated about what the procedure would entail and what to expect afterwards. Any questions I had were answered in a way I could understand which was greatly appreciated. I'm 5 weeks postoperative, and feeling amazing. From start to finish Dr.McInnes made this experience unforgettable. His skill and knowledge as well as experience are unbeatable. I had a complete capsulectomy, that went without any complications. Zero bruising, minimal scars (perfect actually), absolutely no nerve pains and already have full range of motion back. His price for this procedure was very fair and less than I've seen from other local surgeons. He's extremely compassionate, understanding and patient.
