A low or heavy brow can make the eyes look hooded and give the face a tired or stern appearance. A brow lift raises and repositions the brow, and is often combined with upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to address excess eyelid skin at the same time. Some cases below also show correction of brow asymmetry on one side. Look at the brow position and the space between the brow and the eyelid crease.
